It's the best! Can't remember the website - google "prepdeck Watford" it should come up with owatroldirect.co.uk or something like that.

It's the best product I've used full stop!

You need prepdeck to clean the wood, then net-trol to brighten the wood.

In between each one you lightly pressure wash all the crud away.

That decking was nearly black from all the crap embedded into it, oh it is over 10 years old too - just to put it in perspective. And the last thing I did to it was pressure wash it & oil it about 2 years ago.

Don't bother with wickes deck cleaner or anything else.

Expect to pay £100 for it tho (hits the wallet hard) BUT it works.

I haven't done my seating area next to it yet so will take a photo in the morning and post the before and after photos.

here's an update for you folk out there....

I had an incident last night with the cuprinol sprayer, I filled up the container, secured the lid (and I say secured very loosly as the catch and hook to keep it closed is ****) picked up the sprayer albeit carefully to place it on the deck and fook me the container just dropped to the deck in an explosion of coloured decking oil!

now normally I would have been too bothered and just carried on, BUT the decking oil costs £55 per 2.5L and I filled 5L into the container... all over the decking in a 1m radius... that's literally £110 down the drain!!!!

needless to say I took photos of the stuff and the naff sprayer, and just sent an email to cuprinol demanding compensation... I am going to also write a review on the homebase website too.

now I am not a twerp, I know how to secure a latch for crying out loud. the bl00dy thing just fell apart once it was just about hip height as I am about to put it on the deck...

oh, you should have heard the blasphemy that came out of my mouth, I think the neighbors closed the windows to preserve the innocence of their children...

so guess what, I am back off to owatrol today to get some more... FFS!!!!

Will I be using the sprayer hell no!!! getting out the old 6" pasting brush tonight.

let's see if cuprinol decide to do anything apart from laugh and point at me...
