must be one of the first corners, the pack is still very tightly knit for it to be much after the first lap

Is it not first lap at this years Assen race on the Geert Timmer Bocht Chicane? The order isn't that strange really.

Lorenzo had been home to Spain that weekend to get his sore shoulder fixed. He didn't properly go out in qualifying but his time from previously had been fast enough to get him onto the grid in 12th(ish). Bradley qualified well that weekend and IIRC Cal qualified on pole.

Only question I've got is where is Dani Pedrosa? Oops just looked at the other pictures he's out in front
