+1 on changing fluids.

My brake fluid was dark orange and treacly!

Drain coolant by removing radiator cap and catching the coolant from undoing the drain plug. Sticky out bolt head just behind the hose between rad and water pump.

It's got a set of nearly new pilot tyres on it, I'm just concerned with it being sat on them for 2 years, they are spotless, do you think they'll be flat spotted, they're still very full of air

If you have stands, get it on them and give the wheels a spin. Or just take it easy on your first ride ride and you may notice the vibration from the flat spots. Or you may have lucked out and notice nothing at all!

At £400 for the bike, a new set of tyres is a small price to pay to make good a very tidy looking machine.

We are all envious!

Cheers mate, I can't believe the deal I've got. I did the lads house for him (I'm a joiner now 15yrs but ex mechanic from school 5 yrs) about 5 years ago plus I know him from 10 Years of kick boxing and he's really done me a favour
