K7 GSXR 600 Fairing on a pointy - Page 2 - SV650.org

Is depron just sheet foam, or does it have some rigidity ??? Looking to build a bodyshell for a downhill racer, similar to the one Guy Martin raced. Been looking for a suitable material to form easily and join.

Its a high density foam with sufficient rigidity to be sanded to form shape.
It's main purpose is for under floor heating insulation so may be limited to certain thicknesses.
Whether it would come in a thickness sufficient for your use I don't know.

Ive got a standard front subframe that was modified to suit a GSXR1000 fairing. £30 delivered if interested. Looks like a standard one but has been professionally bent and welded to suit. IMO you only need the front subframe and a rear bracket on either side in the area below the footrests. Text me if you want some pics.
