each throttle body has a vacuum 'nipple' on the side facing the other throttle body (ie throttle body 1's nipple is on the side of the throttle facing throttle body 2... clear as mud, eh??) these are tubes around 1/2" long and have rubber caps on them held on by small circlips. The rubber caps are fiddly to get off and it's easy to burn your hands if the engine's warm, but it took me about 20 minutes to get them both off. Getting them back on is easier.

When I get round to doing my how to I'll take pics of them.

gotta get my puncture sorted first!!

It will probably take you an hour or two, it's worth spending the time to get it right. Make sure the engine is warm first. I find (though admittedly not many people concur) that it's easier to read the gauges on the large vacuum on overrun, they're more stable and you get longer to look at them. Always worked for me anway!
