It sounds like a good laugh.
I think I wouldn't take the SV in that case, though, I will do my best to get the GPZ500 back on the road, I don't care if I drop that.

It only needs a new alternator/signal generator rotor to make it ridable. Could do with a new right handlebar and switch gear as well, though.

I've had a look, yeah.
It's certainly repairable, but I've been thinking about money for the last week or so.
I think I will have to duck out of this one. Though I do want to make a winter rally, simply so I can say I had the balls to do it.

Barty, thanks for the info, I'll bear that in mind when I actually come to fix the bloody thing. It's not a priority though, since I have the SV to play on.
