I was struck by lightning once...
Ok, thats a lie.. but I do have spikey hair..  I imagine riding in a thunderstorm woudl be great fun (for a movie maker)

Bikes tend to carry a static charge which would make them more likely to be struck... Though I don't know if it'd be enough to make a difference
 Silicon-based compound tyres aren't very conductive, but IIRC they're not full insulators.

Interesting I think we need to start a world wide searh for a biker that has been struck by lightning while riding.

Saw a newspaper story posted once about a US rider who was hit... There was a hole burned straight throught the top of his lid
 He died... Being struck by lightning then falling off a Harley at 70 is bad for your health I suppose.
