ooh, horrible glad your alive to tell the tale... another white van incident, no surprise, but stil....

My worst fear is crashing with my g/f on the back - we had a close escape once, with an accident happening right in front of us, and it hit the front of my bike, but I kept the bike up (we were stationary).

Fortunately it seems pillions walk away better than the rider, which makes you glad!

Heal well, broken collar bone must be really awkward, and painful.

Take care.

like to think the culprit will be caught but I spose it's unlikely. Best wishes to you both for a quick recovery.

Yes, that's the one.
I'll have to upload the pictures soon.

Thanks to everyone for your best wishes.

ah bugger.
i was coming east bound and must have missed it by 10 mins or so... kind of thing that sends shivers down you. and made the GF stoney silent for the first 100miles trip to newcastle (not too bad as it meant i could put my foot down a bit and turn up the music )

best wishes and hope you make a bionic recovery
