Fit some crash bungs!
![]() Tidy up the rear end a lot.. Undertray, small clear indicators, smaller plate. Lose the grab handle, fit a colour matched seat hump, and get some saddle shutters, and lose the rear pillion pegs. On the front end fit a tinted/coloured bubble, smaller clear indicators. Remove the orange warning stickers and keep it clean. On the tank remove the stickers (not the suzuki logos) and fit a nice black SV tank protector. extras: Pegs, bar ends, fuild caps can all be replaced with coluorized parts. Brake hoses can be replaced with braided lines. Cailpers, wheels, torque arm can all be power coated then: swap the front for a GSR-X front end/get wavy disk brakes. ![]() |

Sell it and buy a Naked Black 1000.
Extreme I know, but if you really want it to look cool it has to be done, no amount of surgery will ever make an old junker of a curvy look as good.

Here's my K2 with colour coded double bubble screen, undertray, hugger and race can. still got the grab bar and rear seat though (missus wouldn't have it any other way!)
can't tell you what it all cost though as I bought it like that! |

Jack up the rear with shorter dogbones, makes it look more racey at rest

If you've got a bit of money to spend, USD front end would give it a much more modern, sporty look. Alternatively a good hugger and the 2 wheel junkie mudguard would be a step in the right direction. Raising the rear gives the SV a much more aggressive look too.
