Edenbridge to A264
Left to Langton Green
Right to Frant A267 (Need to check out this road)
A267 to Mayfield
Newick Lane (little twisty I like a lot) to Heathfield, onto Horam (Wessons - Breakfast)
Horam A267 to Horsebridge
right onto A22
Left onto B2124 through Laughton and Ringmer

Through Lewes (and the tunnel )
A27 to Drusillas
Right through Alfriston to Seaford
Left onto A259 to East Dean
Onto Beachy Head

May need a little fine tuning but that is the idea.
good route although I would turn left at Horam opposite the merrydown place...twisty road, left at the end onto the a271 and then right onto the a295 towards Hailsham. Hailsham is an **** but take the b2104 stonecross road from there and you find another nice little twisty. Beats the hell out of the boring old A22

Sounds good to me, now all we need to sort out is a date?

Nice to know everyone's on board!!!... Nice one!...

Well leg one sounds like it could be sorted - i'll be leaving from Bexhill area - to meet wherever the meeting place will be i expect...!

I'm happy for 21st August - then if anything stops play we've got the 4th Sept too.

An idea for the second Leg:

From Eastbourne taking the A271 through Battle, taking The Ridge over the top of Hastings (avoiding the town - with this route if required), picking up the A259 out towards Rye (usually a reasonable local bikers meeting place on Sundays)...
Again the route is mixed with a few twisties.

Cut and paste to your address bar for a visual if unsure:http://www.mapquest.co.uk/cgi-bin/ia...e10h%284&pcat=

So let's agree on a date, time meeting place and the final legs eh?!...

I'll try and get a couple of non-sv riders along for the ride...

HOPEFULLY my bike will be fixed by the weekend, so I should be up for this!

The radiator is off being re-cored, and should be back with me by the end of the week. But - knowing my luck of late, it'll arrive on Monday morning, so I won't say yay or nay yet!
