Sorry Lee, I just couldn't resist it, and when it's my turn next time please be a better man than me ..
It was a little tempting, I have to admit.

Lee, Dante has been riding for a year.

Not necessarily!

It all depends on your restraint. Throttle works both ways and all that.

Me?

I'd probably bin it.

I think I'd probably flip it before I got a chance to throw it off a corner. Must remember that throttles are not a switch.

The best thing to do is take a test ride. I traded my SV for a B1 (last years model) and love it. The main difference between that and the new one is that the C1 is more comfortable and user friendly - they have taken the edge off the B1 which is a total hooligan bike- I prefer the look of it but get the odd tankslapper which is down to how I ride it and the roads I am on.

The Kwak is good cos it has lots of midrange and that is where I mostly ride it and it wont bite you unless you start being silly with the throttle. The handling is far better than the SV and the extra power gives it a nice buzz without being scary like an R1/ZX10 etc

i ride like a granny to be honest.

my aim is to do a couple of trackdays this year with a view to maybe doing some advanced training after.

That said i'm not adverse to dropping/binning/charging cars up the ar*e...

It's far and awa the best looking of the 6s IMO... Lovely bike. I like the Daytona for looks but there's something cheap and toy-like about it beside the Kwak IMO. I've not ridden one, since I'm afraid that if I do I'll want one

I recently went for a ride with a guy with one (in green). Mmmm they are lovely. His opinion of it was, yes it was fast as f**k but not too much of an animal.

The finance deal is £1825.12 deposit then payments of £152.08 over 3 years, total £7300.

Guys let me tell you something....get a 600/636 Kawasaki and you will not yearn for any other bike once you have learnt to ride it to the optimum.
They are incredible handling/braking and powerful unblowable motors. Brilliant. My 99 model was brand new and that was great...they have come on a whole lot even since then....I don't think you will be dissapointed!
Carsick...Kawasaki sales are never right up there with the other 3 main Jap contenders mate and I do not see that as a direct reflection of the quality of the bikes.

I love my Ducati but even that has not impressed me as much as the kawasaki did, maybe I just did not expect the Ninja to be so good yet expect high things from the Duke? Dunno.

Try the model before it,its different

Ive fancied having a go on the C1 model but to be honest I got a steal on my '04 model and I prefer the looks. It looks meaner and if you go off what all the magazines say it rides meaner too. Im a fan of the underseat pipe though, wish I had one!

The '04 model is just as quick but a much harsher ride and a bit on the cramped side. Its not for the faint hearted. But its what gives the bike its character. Anyone saying IL4s have no "character" try this then come back to me and say it

The 0%APR deal is good but obviously youll be paying full book price. You can get great deals on the B models,id suggest trying both of them and seeing which one suits you better

As far as I am aware the 0% is across the range not just the 600.
