Are you sure he had not just forgotten to put his trousers on over his boxers? Always in a hurry these city types.

I love all the "you can wear what you want! You only have to wear a helmet because thats the only law!" brigade.

Let me get this straight, yes you can but people who don't wear proper gear are wrong full stop.

I am not interested at all in the in's and out's of it because I couldn't give a toss if its your choice and this and that and I couldn't give a toss if you come off and horribly injure yourself.

What I do give a toss about is having to see that **** when you do come off, the nice long red lines all the way down the road leading up to the mangled body at the end. I do not want to see that **** and I do not want the NHS and other hospital services wasting their time and money in healing you/reviving you if you do come off because you couldn't be bothered to wear proper gear or it was too hot or it was impratical or blah blah blah. I don't care, wear proper gear, if you can't, don't get on a bike.

Thats sure to get some going

I should note that Benji always wears propper riding gear every time he gets on a bike. WHich is at least occasionally, maybe even more.

And he didn't look stupid on the back of the ZX6R in to work the other week in full leathers and trainers because his boots were at Joe's at all

I wear Jeans and bike boots with summer gloves and jacket when it's hot and I'm riding round town. I've been so hot I can't think straight in full gear round town before and that can't be safe? Each to their own it's just a shame the shorts and t-shirt brigade add to general bike injuries.

Exactly, and I was wrong. I should have never have gotten on the bike, I should have just been late to work. It was wrong because I went against my beliefs and it was wrong because I looked like a tit

Needless to say I reminded myself againt why its stupid and I won't take unnecessary risks like that again.
