just another question about putting a camcorder into a tank bag, I'm a bit worried that the magnets will screw up the electronics in the camcorder, does anyone know if this would be a problem? |

Magnetic bags are great, but if (and it's a big if) the bike goes down the road with something bulky or heavy in it, it'll break away from the tank and be on it's own. A Baglux set up has much more of a chance of staying put.....
Like I said, I know this to be true. 2 offs, both with tank bags on; the Baglux stayed on, the Oxford didn't. . |

Is that a full size tank bag for £10 or one of those silly little ones that you could barely fit your sarnies in?I like the idea of a proper one for a tenner as that's what I paid for my Givi which is now getting tired.

I'm also looking for something to cart my Camera gear about to bike race meetings. I had originally thought of a rucksack but seem to be coming round to the idea of a tank bag. I've seen a deal on the oxford 1st time luggage, tank bag, tail pack and panniers for £65 at Infinity. My only concern is that the tankbag is 14 litres and I'm not sure how big that is in the real world,I'd be grateful any thoughts or suggestions.
BTW I'm looking to pack a Digital SLR and a couple of lenses and probably a couple of sarnies. chris |
