Yeah, I know It reckon all outsiders are numpties but we do have genuine problems sometimes.
I had to endure twelve phone calls to BT help in India answering all the same "Is the dsl light on, is the power on" before I got through to somebody who had a clue.They agreed with my Diagnosis that I had noise on the line. Why do I have to put up with people reading script from a screen, when I need assistance ?. Mind you I do still dine out on my flight to Holland to reset an Emergency stop. I did tell them on the phone what I thought the fault was, but they insisted. |
