I had a mate like that! He used to drive cars around when he was 13! (idiot)
He got stopped loads,AND got away with it!! I don't know how but he did.

I saw him get a tug,and then drive off!!

The only thing the police ever did,was threaten to tell his Mum+Dad!

Ridiculous!

Tim, I think Robchester was agreeing with TC3 over the guy who got let off with no MOT or insurance doing 85 in a 40 than the original post.
