I like my SV leaning as it stops it blowing over in the wind

Aye, but there's leaning, and then there's leeeeeaning. You'll see what I mean when I get the pics sorted.

Think you had problems try getting the normal side stand to work on the supermoto
I had to park beside pavements with the stand on the curb! True leaning it a long way does reduce the problem of it blowing over or rolling forward due to increased weight on the stand, but this can be a problem to. Mine sunk about 2" into the tarmac if left on a warm day, and my pal recently snapped the bolt on his ZZR sidestand by leaning it too far.
Sounds like you can save some trouble if you can't ge tthe perfect SRAD model stand but just modding the original. I chopped mine, added 4" of tube and a proper sized foot for parking on grass/earth. Needed a little dot of weld to stop it hitting the low slung swingarm when up, but only took just over an hour.

"leeeeeaning" is a real problem when it's compounded by parking a street with a severe camber, too.

What have I done! I've killed svrash! I'll never fail to post pictures again!

Except just now, of course. Pics are still in camera, camera is lost.
