I've only done 2 track days, but neither of them bothered to give the bikes a quick once over to check for fluid leaks etc. I doubt they'll bother with a sound meter!

Is there a limit to how late we can book? I'd like to join in, but it'll be dictated by fund situation nearer the time.

there's a fixed number of places, and a weekend track session for £90 is cheap, so I'd expect them to go by the day, the sooner you book the less likely disappointment is, you could however leave it and see if there are any drop outs or vacancies on the day.

Cheers Mark.

Called them today (29/6/06) and was informed that there are still places left, could not give me a figure but said that there were more than 10 still available.
