my mate did same to me a couple of years ago, and we`ve both been riding 20 years (not non stop!

we were out green laning, I stopped at a junction with a lane, there was a tractor coming so I waited, he didn`t see I`d stopped went straight in the back of me, knocked us both off, there we are lying in the road bikes on top of us, and all we could do was laugh. Mate reconed he just skidded a little bit, black line 40+ ft down the rd suggested otherwise

damage was minimal but we were on dirt bikes (CRM250 and DR350) which are made for roughty tufty stuff.
did make me clench my arsh, and watch my mirrors for a while though.
