I'm still too scared to post. Honest. Ive never posted on this forum and to be honest i dont intend to cos you all seem a little scary to me.

Should I have felt intimidated when i first posted? I certainly would have if it was a real-life meeting, in a room full of everyone. Its much, much easier to say hello on an internet forum.

funny that

you talk to all these peeps on here, then when you meet them in "real life" it seems a bit strange

Perhaps because in here, theres lots more time (almost infinite, if you wish) to plan a witty response. In real life, you have to be quicker...plus theres always an anonimity associated with internet forums, so you dont worry if people think you look funny, have a weird voice, smell...and you dont worry about having to understand someone (least, i worry about good communication).

I've met only one person on here, the guy who sold me my SV (now mine, you understand, it was his, ok...im making no sense), but perhaps next summer, when im home from uni, it'll be cool to meet people who live near brighton for ride outs.

Anyone fancy Brands WSBK?

I lurked for around a week whilst I was still making my mind up as to what bike to buy, but I've been on the internet too long to worry about anything like being shy.

Dont remember. Twas a while ago now.

Think i read up on the bike prior to choosing to buy and started posting as soon as i'd bought it.
