If I could tap off that whenever I needed it, I could. It would be hard but if it made you comfortable you should be able to manage!

You'd be very lucky to get 17% net, probably more like 6-7% which would still give you 70K a year.

In fact you could spend £250K on house/bikes etc and still cream off the about 30K (roughly equivalent to a £42k a year salary)( with a 2.5% raise every year) a year and probably never run out of money, which beats working for a living in my book.

Was bored at work, did a spreadsheet !

might buy a second hand Volvo for the wife, and claim my old one back off her...
Then I'd give the money to my mum & dad, are there sensible with money, 'cos I'm not.
then seek a divorce from the missus, and move to New Zealand. and spend all day Heli Skiing, Bungee jumping, Snow Boarding & White water Rafting...
get a pilots license rotary and fixed wing and live to the max.
make my own race track, start with a fleet of bikes , employ Chris "The Stalker" Walker & start a race school.

Now off to get a few tickets...

Still have to pay tax on it when you bring it back into the UK. Just had a chat with Mrs Tricky (who is an accountant) she reckons about 10% net max.

1) Tell the boss to cram it up his **** and tell him that I am now considerably richer than yooouuu (in best Harry Enfield accent)
2) Brand new BLACK GSXR750, just to pootle about on of course
3) Pay off every debt I have and go house hunting
4) Make sure all my nearest and dearest get a fat share of my new found wealth
5) Book a holiday for ame and all my mates, all expenses paid, everything and anything goes! The mother of all booze ups!!

So, thats all the normal stuff out of the way then. After that, I think Id have to dress in my oiliest, dirtiest clothes and go to the Aston Martin/Ferrari/Rolls or whatever showroom and sit in the cars going, "Brrmmmm, brrrmmmmm". When the nice salesmen threatens to eject me from the building, Id pull out about £5k in notes from my back pocket, throw it on the floor and tell him to stick his sale up his ****, the poxy t**t!!

I think Id also have to start a classic race bike collection. Anyone know of a mint, hardly used RC30 for sale?! Vincent Black Shadow?? You know what I mean.

Man, all that money has made me quite delirious.....

I would buy a lambo in lime green with black windows and get Jimmy Choo to custom make me a pair of leather boots in the exact colour match with killer but wearable heels.
Then i'd buy my parents house and my bosses house for them (i have the best boss ever..most of the time!), buy my two brothers a house each, buy a villa in spain with a vineyard, another one in Fort Lauderdale with a speedboat moored at the side and an apartment in Whistler, right near the slopes.
I'd then ask each of my closest friends what they would want most if they won the lottery (they won't know at this point that i have!) and buy it for them. Within reason of course!
I'd bank the rest and live off the interest.

Stand naked in the middle of the parade ground - they'd have to carry me away because I'd be laughing too much!!

Start my own business.

On a popular bikers haunt, out in the countryside.

Offering bike sales, bike training (indoor warehouse as well as outdoor tracks), servicing, indoor mini moto track, pub/entertainment area (large), B&B, bike hire (for international visitors). Also, off road bike hire and have tracks and locla routes close-by.
