Marshall's sorted for pins Just thought I'd pop in a quick recommendation for Ebay guy, he's very good. I got some of his first ones and they were the wrong size. Not a problem, I just drilled the holes out, but without even being asked he sent out replacements a week later. That's top stuff...

I've got a Mityvac and a Big Syringe, I only use the Mityvac for draining lines now. I prefer to us the syringe to push fluid- bubbles want to go up, so it works well to make the fluid go up as well. I've got a bleeder on my master cylinder which makes things easier still. Go Big Syringe!

Morning all.
Just remember that when using a Mity-Vac, or a syringe, it really helps if you remove the bleed nipples & carefully wrap a few inches of PTFE tape around the threads before starting to suck or blow MATRON!!
This will prevent air from being drawn down the threads. Also make sure that you don't block the holes in the nipple, and that you wrap the tape around the threads in the correct direction, otherwise the tape will 'unscrew' when you screw the nipple back in.

I've got those and use the "push from the bottom" method. I had heard good things about the mityvac and wondered whether it was worth getting one, but it seems not.
