Given Mr Toads generous transportation offer, saw me attend.
The location is OK and the outside should be enjoyable come the warmer weather, they have good beer on tap as well which is a plus.

although perhaps not the best person to ask (as I'm having difficulties with appetite anyway) the food wasn't wonderful, I'd say about the same as Riverhead, although that would also have to be qualified, as it is a carvery and I had the steak pie, I would expect the roasts to be the star turn so to speak.

Still nice to be out.

Cheers Mark.

I would say its definitely better than Riverhead - more room, better food and should be good in the summer. Only thing I would say is that the menu is pretty limited - carvery (which was pretty good), pie, salads or curry. Not a lot else.

I almost made it on the bike last night!

The menu is very limited. Pub has about as much atmosphere as the moon, but agreed on the room.

Im still unsure, but will go with the masses.
