Hang on its Valentines on Wed ... what's he up to??? I hope he isn't as premature with everything!?!?

If you haven't already, then perhaps give him 'your biscuit'... that's all he wants anyway!!

Seriously, just make that extra special effort, perhaps make him a card rather than buying one. I don't think you need to get him anything as such but try and arrange something you can do together, like perhaps tickets for the both of you to the cinema, a gig, or if you are posh a ballet!! Not only is that a nice gift, but as you relationship is in the early stages it gives you another excuse for a date

what about a cool T-shirt? more personal than a DVD but less so than weekend trip to paris

Get him a Wigan warriors shirt. If he then wears it for you out in Bradford, at least you will know he either does value you or he will do anything for a sh**. Either way when you go to visit him in the ICU you will at least have made up you mind about him
