Yeah, I appreciate that a 5:30 start and 5:54 run doesn't seem extream to some people ... there are plenty of people up at that time of the AM it was plain to see, but its just not normally me
 ... Although there was still some bustle, I reckon 80% of the local population were still in the land of nod at that time
