Well i was obese, but in 13lbs time ill only be overweight!!! bring it on.

but tbh if i was the weight they rekon i should be (about 11-12 stone) id look like frikken skelator!!

I do agree with Hovi5 the BMI is only a very very rough guide.

My BMI is 23.45.

I used to have some of those Tanita scales (ones that measure your fat percentage using electrical resistance) and I was 13% fat.

Anyone know how acurate these things are ?

But surley calipers will only measue subcutaneous fat, not fat in the abdominal cavity (very common in males) and fat around the internal organs ?
