I took a 30something inch screen TV pillion on my DT125 when I was moving house once.

A couple of cows worth of 4mm thick leather rolled up on the back of my GS - that made filtering a bit of an issue.

I also had to take one of my pets to the vet once whilst my car was off the road... so I bimbled down with a 5' snake squirming around in my rucksack.

Oh yeah - and a pair of crutches, across my back... whenever I go out on the bike.

I took a rear paddock stand, two tyres and a haynes manual, all held on without bungies/tie downs, just using good old duct tape.

NWS stands are a little ungainly but do-able, A set of 4ft rockets for November the 5th round the M25, A mate with a front wheel to get a tyre repaired, front forks, 2 ZX6 Exhaust cans & a screen...

You can mostly tell by looking at something if it'll go....

I used to do my weekly shop on the bike. Two bags over each handlebar and some stuff stuffed into my rucksack.

A laptop bag slung over the side was the most worrying. It was held on with bungees, when we got there the bungee had worn a rather large hole in the top of the laptop.

As I've posted before, I took a computer tower in a holdall along with several accessories. It's the only time I've been really scared of falling off as it was attached to me not the bike.

And yes, I'd do it again as long as it was strapped to the bike not me.

19" LCD monitor (still in the box), computer midi-tower, not at the same time though.

Motad 2 into 1 exhaust for my CX500. Laid it across the tank and seat and sat on it. Added about 5 inches to the seat height which made the ride home interesting. Got a good view of the traffic though
