I certainly defend the action to go in heavy handed in the first place (seeing a gun wielding silhouette and all that), though it would appear that the whole arrest for thirteen hours on firearms offences was purely to see whether the plastic model gun was actually a real one - that does seem bizarre and extremely over the top

Rofl I'll give this thread two more pages before the first of the Nazi comparisons gets trotted out

And no Ping I found it tres funny right up until the point where they arrested him for firearms offences - after that I wonder if the police can be charged with wasting police time

I know it's not funny, but I just couldn't help but to laugh, WICKED sense of humour.
On a serious note, it's the first officer that saw the erm dummy ( snigger ) that was at fault, should have worn his glasses.
