u do look uncormfortable in the third 1, but every rider to themselve maybe u are confident that way

it's not bad for a first-time. you need to sit back a bit further in the seat & lean *into* the corner. you're sitting very upright & seem to be over-leaning the bike whilst leaning out of the turn with your upper body. oh, & RELAX

If you are going to remain in the seat (rather than shifting your bum about like a monkey with hemerroids) then you need to try to lead with the opposite shoulder to the direction you are taking.

OK, sounds awkward, but if you sit straight in a chair, then try to pull your left shoulder towards your right hip. Don't shift forward of back, just a neat direct line between the two points and follow it with your shoulder = that's for a righthand bend.
Simply do the opposite (right shoulder to left hip) for a lefthander.

This effectively shifts your weight towards the inner bar - automatically countersteering in the direction you want to go. then just keep your head up and as level to the horizon as you can.


Um... does that make any sense at all?

Edit: K i just went for a tiny little blast to Roade petrol station from my work which have a couple of nice sweeping corners. It works for me nicely i feel like i dont have to shift the 4rse around

For god sake move your feet so the balls of your feet are on the pegs otherwise one day the front of your foot will catch the ground and break your toes as you foot is folded un the peg.

I think Hovis posted somewhere else that he destroyed his boots on that track day.
