Yup Well Gutted!!!
Not precious about a 1000, Neio but has to be bigger than 650 , a bit beefy, but that I can reach the ground on. Whenever I get round to a changeover, you are first in line for the belly pan.

As for challenging GW for an honest mistake, well to be honest worse things happen at sea!

Thanks for all of your good wishes, as soon as I can, I will be blasting in on a larger machine!!! Keep your eyes peeled Beenz

RS Tubby, if the price is right who knows! but of course I would need to sell the 650, any offers anyone??

Stretchy, I hope you didn't have to wait too long for your recovery, I felt awful leaving you there alone and sad, but I had to go and kick Triumphumphumph's bumphumphumph for not coming back far enough to find us!

No problem, I did move the bike back and sat on the grass in the shade perving at the young girlies driving past. It was quite nice actually....

Would have been better if it happened outside a pub though.Did a stoopid thing though, went into Fowlers for some lunch (was in Bristol anyway) and fell in love with this (well slightly different colours)

I can't afford it, or get credit for it.... But I just can't stop thinking about changing to it..

Very sad news, remember you seeming very bouncy about the prospect on Sunday.

And just to note, George Whites Swindon seem to have priors of this Though in my case it was not nearly so far along. A week or so before their "official" opening I was down there and nearly bought a second hand 650 (blue pointy), got half way through the paperwork when the guy went off to collect something he'd forgotten and came back with a sheepish look on his face.

At the risk of stereotyping horribly, the staff there seem to be more into lowered neon Corsas rather than bikes, and I suspect many of them were recruited straight from McDonalds. Finally found a nice SV at a "proper" family bike shop with "proper" biker peeps

Good spot Neio but don't think we can raise the cash! we gonna look round the dealers over next few weeks and GW's reckon they gonna keep a look out too. Either that or I'll have to buy her a new pair of boots with platform soles so she can try other bikes !

There was a pair of sidi's on eBay recently that had been modified with an extra thick sole so it's a possibility!
