The parking things has been well covered above but the filtering thing is never really appreciated untill you see it.
personaly i think i filter quite well, some even call it aggresively but i dont think you can filter and be safe any other way sometimes. Saying that a lot of london filtering involves looking in the wing mirror of the car in front as hardly anyone bothers to use their indicators. When a cab or bus indicates, its not asking to be let out more like telling you "this is the way i'm going so you better stop and let me cos here i go" lol, ah the joys of filtering in london. To start with you'll hate it, yeras later you realise it really has sharpened up your instincts a bit. Oh and one day a silly woman in a Mini might even drive over your foot. ![]() Nice to meet you both, shame you didnt hang round longer so we could have bought you a couple of coffes for making the journey. Oh and nice one for the "lap of honour" you both did before you left ![]()

It was great to have been there. We had to get back for a birthday dinner else we'd have happily stayed till the stars came up... thinking about it do you see the stars in London what with all the light pollution?
![]() As for "lap of honour" erm *cough*, bloody one way systems. We'll be back! |
