I'm in the same boat though, too far away & too late notice. Give fair warning about next time & I'm sure you'll have a bunch of SV's there for the farm fest (re-schedule AR08 anyone? )

Is it an annual event? If so how would my band go about getting on the lineup for next year?

Yep, its an anual event. this being the second one but the first on our farm. Wait till this one has passed, take a note of my number (listed above) and give me a call.
