How The Tenant From Hell Wrecked My House

That is horrendous

Mind you, a mate of mine had his house stripped bare by tenants; they stripped his central heating system out, his gas fire, boiler, radiators, all his internal doors, bathroom suite, kitchen & the day they left they even nicked his UPVC Windows & doors

I think his house insurance (or an insurance policy he took out with the letting agent paid for the repairs???) Needless to say, he never let his house out again, I think he flogged it in the end as he just couldn't face going back to it

can i be the first to suggest that maybe some of us off here could help Jen sort this place out??
Im sure if a few of us could get together down there and help clean/paint etc itd help Jen keep the cost down and also show how great and close knit a site this is??

WOW. That is totoally amazing. You see things like that on How Clean Is Your house, but you never really believe it.
Jen I feel for you I really do. If I was in the UK, Paws, I'd be up for a helping trip.
Totally shocking how the filthy woman lived like that. Didn't the neighbours make any complaints or anything.
Maybe you could trace the woman through her license plate. Surely if she had a car the neighbours might remember the cars plates etc...

Publish her name and your photos on a website in the hope of sparing others the same fate? Make you feel better too.

Hope your not like some people we knew, who when they finally got the house back, found out some stuff had been siezed by balliffs and the house was now on credit blacklists etc.
