So basically they are going to clock all vehicles number plates on entering the zone and if they are higher polluting vehicles they are going to charge them?
They are going to turn these cameras into Congestion charge cameras as soon as they go in further extending the zone!!! |

With the phantom speed camera burner still at large driving "as normal" up that part of the A2 would mean flat-out before the Elthan bypass camera.
 Not that I speed or condone speeding in any way officer! |
