hi guys i dont post very often but this caught my eye i have been to glentress and carron valley glentress is great even for novices (the funpark is best loads of jumps) mind u i fractured my ribs down there last yr (i hit a tree) lol

as for go ape i done that bout 1 mnth ago thats great i was crapping myself i have the vid to prove it but its a great day out u can do the 2 big zip slides for 15 quid or go round the full course for 25 quid well worth the money it takes bout 3hrs to go round it

am scared of heights so if i can do it then any 1 can

passed the go ape sign going into aberfoyle last night, before we were chucked out the cafe. lol

Gelntress is great but you need to be fairly fit to cycle to the spooky woods section. I know the place like the back of my hand so can be a guide. There's even some pretty cool stuff off the marked trails. I prefer Innerleithen as it's much more challenging but a huge slog to the top.

As a better idea there's the Wolftrax at Laggan. There's a bus that takes you to the top of the run all day long. It's shorter but there's some fantastic jumps on the blue run. The rad has some cool Northshore and the black is super rocky. Full combat gear recommended for the black - full face helmet and elbow knee pads. There's a cafe, showers etc all there just like Glentress.

I'd be happy to arrange something like MTB run/day out.

The go ape thing - I'd love to try. I'm not good with heights at all but I'm sure I'd love it on the day.

I should be able to ride a mountain bike again by then, so yeah, let's do it! I'll be on the nursery slopes though
