I was hit by a car swerving into a petrol station on my pushbike in the US and almost charged with assault for it.
Car drove over my front wheel and wrecked it. Cop comes along (saw me shout at the young woman driving), and says I attacked the car with my bike, and I "shouldn't shout at pretty young women like that". Then threatened to arrest me for assault. |
