I use them. I had a claim earlier in the year that was being contested by the woman who hit me. The legal people they provide are poo so I simply swapped to Rider Support Services.
Quite impressed with Ebike to be honest |

I have been with them for the past 3 years, 1 claim (My fault, boo hoo) which was handled very efficiently and even though I lost my no claims and have just got my renewal for the GSXR with only 1 year NCB they are still cheaper than any others I have tried.
Even my house insurance is with their sister company e-house

I currently use eBike and eCar.
Had to make a claim back in January as some guy knocked me off whilst I was filtering, but thanks to the police report I was put at fault. But claim was dealt with fairly swiftly, and bike was repaired and back on the road in good time. I did have to chase them a bit about what was happening with the claim (obviously because I was under the impression that I was not at fault ![]() Breakdown recovery is included "at no extra cost" (which probably means they are slightly more expensive than their closest rivals to "accommodate" that) and is with the RAC. However, be warned ... if you place a call with them then the RAC's policy is to send out a "man + van" and this bloke isn't always necessarily a bike mechanic and so the chances of him getting the bike started are possibly not that good. Only once "man + van" have attended will they THEN call thru for a recovery vehicle (unless it is quite obvious from your initial call that the bike is totally unrideable). The reason they do this is cost ... it costs them £50 to send out the "man + van" but £500 for a flat-bed recovery vehicle! All of this meant that I sat at the side of the road for almost 2.5 hours one Friday night (2 hours of that with the RAC man whilst we waited for the recovery truck which was coming from Stoke and was stuck in traffic due to the M6 being closed off that day!). If I knew then what I know now, I'd have made it perfectly clear that the bike was unrideable ... however, I thought a broken gear shifter and the clutch or side-stand kill-mechanisms could have been sorted at the side of the road (slaps forehead! d'oh!) by a competent mechanic (I mean a few org'ers managed to get kwak's bike going again! LOL). Other than that though - no probs - my premium has gone up slightly due to claim, but no that bad - £475 for 2nd years insurance (fully comp + £200 excess). Just got my renewal notice through, but I'm just gonna try a few places before I "put pen to paper" on it ![]() Cheers, Pete |

Ebike are pretty good. Just £93 fully comp with breakdown this year, including 20 declared mods.
Been with them for a while (3yrs?), once had to make a breakdown claim on my way to Knockhill. No problems at all - oh, except got very sunburnt waiting on the A9. Recovery truck took bike home (250miles), and he even went out of his way and dropped me at the track for BSB's. ![]() |

eBike here for the second year, luckily no claims as yet, 1 recovery - speedy compared to the last RAC i used up North.
Cost is about £100 less than anyone else after declaring all the mods, parked on the street, with just a disk lock and alarm noted as security, in SE London for about £230 fully comp (but thats with a protected 5year ncb). No complaints here at all. Colin |

Yes, I know people can have bad experiences with all insurance companies but I make it my mission to put as many people off Express as possible |
