Ahh i'll be honest i'm a little gutted, was fully expecting you to whip out a couple of pics of you in Kielder Forest. Complete with stick in hand

Haha, I think the last time I was there was about 9 years ago, but most of my trips aren't direct at all, so start with either South wales or Exmoor, so I have to put a cut off point to turn around and head back, normally it's whitehaven/Penrith/Hartside.

well overdue a "up north" trip, which would obviously start with a mile munching blat, and then start touring from that point on.

lol so i'll be day tripping it this time. But a route for a couple of days would be appreciated for a weekend away in the future
