We run a business from home and use MyHermes. We have never had any complaints from customers about non-delivery.

On the subject of delivery...

Ordered £30 worth of stuff off a website, 31st May...

I check the site on the 7th June as its still not arrived. Tracking says it was delivered to my safe place on the Wednesday, The only 'safe' place it could be is the wheelie bin (Left in the front) Guess what was emptied on Thursday...

Royal mail are a joke. Luckily the site has resent the order no questions asked.

It could well be one particular driver who works this area. Or it could be complete coincidence that it was Hermes on both occasions. I've also had successful deliveries from Hermes.

The gripe was more that so called "tracked" deliveries aren't actually so easy to track, signed delivery is pointless, and you've got no easy way to get your money back in the event of non-delivery. It's quite hard to prove that something wasn't delivered, as you don't have anything to show.

The issue I have with UPS is there is obviously a problem with the delivery, they probably can't find the house. It is only 2 years old. They however refuse to investigate and instead just say, there was a problem it will be delivered the next day.

Worst customer service ever.

I'm never had a problem with Hermes either, but there's always a first time

I'm tending to use Collect+ now, similar price to Hermes, but the drop off point is closer.

Last part of the chain failing to get in and sign contracts means exchange delayed until Monday at the earliest

I just want to get exchanged!

"premium green waste collection"

I pay extra for a gardening waste bin, last two collections my bin was not emptied - then they have the cheek to say it wasn't on the boundary of my property, despite me putting the bloody thing there the night before they're due to come!

Just found a tick on the back of my arm after laying down on the grass a couple of days ago to photograph some flowers.
