Amazing how you can go for decades without going to the doctor for being sick and then suddenly totally go to ****e.
The on demand morphine button is some conciliation though.
I agree. I had rude health all my life until I hit 65. Then skin cancer and now prostate cancer.

Oh Bill, failing the MOT in spectacular fashion there. Hope you are on the mend soon. Sending you big hugs.

Went in to order my new bike last night, sign all the paperwork, credit agreement signed and sealed. Email this morning saying they can't get the colour I want. I specifically emailed on Tuesday afternoon askign if they could get one. Dealer relied on 10 day old information.

Now I can't decide if I want a different colour or wait for later in the year.

Thanks all. Just when I thought I was about to recover.
Looks like I will be getting s filter put in the main artery. Know more for sure later this morning.
Apparently one of the blood thinners I am on is the problem they are discussing the best way to control it now.

They did take the urine catheter out this morning. I can't believe people here put those in to ride long distances without stopping.
I'd rather make an entire years worth of pee stops than have another one. LOL

The M25

I got caught up in the chaos of the pallet lorry accident this morning.

So a 2.5hr journey to Folkestone took 4hrs! I was lucky, as I'd headed down the A13 & missed the worst of it.

279 miles there and back, at least the return was much better

Oh yes & calling 101 for a non emergency, Kent Police didn't pick up the phone!

You can, they charge £2.50 for a credit card iirc.
