The FS is definitely an option, i mean jeez...its the only pub thats been named so far! If people want to eat, travelling elsewhere might be an extra hassle. We could always put a pin in it, for next time.

I think Phil mentioned one in Henley that could be a good option.

At the end of the day im not too fussed where we go...as long as you guys dont hide from me again

Worst case scenario i could defy my hangover tomorrow morning and go and have a scooby around Henley.

Seeing as you are a scummy student with loads of time on your hands, and Marlow is the next town along from Henley, I think you should scout it out for us!

Remember to go on push bike, and try a pint in each one

I'll try and make this one, but I can't commit just yet as I'm sure the boss probably has other ideas. I've just put the camera back on the bike and want to test some video, so that may be a good excuse.

That would be really good Jelster, I hope you can make it. And in other good news, the BBC in their infinite forecasting ability have changed the weather forecast from black clouds and rain to sun! And it is perfect blue skies here this morning. It is ON.

Nice. need to get my ar5e down to Halfords and get a 22mm socket so i can adjust my chain B4 i set off - bust my one last night. Other than that looking forward to it. Has anyone made an kind of decision on pubs? Come on you students, you guys should know this kind of thing.

Can someone post a pub / place to meet before 5 today cos i don't have net access at home, and doing overtime brings me out in a rash - honest. Warthog, do you have a mobile number for someone in case we get lost (not possible in Henley but still...)

Personally, I'm not a "pub person", would rather find a cafe or similar, but I'll follow the pack....

Personnally I am happy with the FS. If we are definately trying to find somewhere that serves food then how about the 'The Feathers' in Taplow (Link, Map).

I have never been to this pub but it is part of the Chef & Brewer brand which means that it is a very nice gastro pub with a decent bar for those who dont want food.

All the Chef & Brewers that I have been to (I used to work in one also) had good atmospheres and and big bar. Even if the the pub is a bit too restauranty inside the satalite photo on gmaps looks like it has a massive garden and loads of parking.

I'm not fussed either way so I will leave it to all of you!

FS sounds fine to me. I can grab a burger or something on the way. 7 should be fine, but i guess it doesnt matter if people turn up later as we'll just be in the pub.

Bummer about your chain Bigape. Hope you weren't going to quick at the time. I assume you still have all your limbs intact!
