only a couple of hours for me so as long as i can join up with someone else and not travel on my own ill be there no matter what!!!

Is this a significant bithday, like an 18th, 21st or 40th?

If not then what's the big deal about birthdays - I haven't celebrated one since 2002 and even then I wasnt particularly bothered. Before that the last time I celebrated one was my 21st in 1983.

It is not an important one, and im not a massive fan of presents and things...but he would be put out i think if i wasnt with him.

Im sure he will get over it tho
