OMG! Just searching old GM threads. Can't believe I posted this for GM1, then on the night was I still drinking at 4am and still too ****ed in the morning to lead the rideout....doh!

Sounds reminiscent of GM2014, still up drinking with Bibs at 4am on the Saturday night knowing we were heading to Applecross the next day.

Next morning trying to eat breakfast and assess my condition, then faffing around for a good while til I felt like I could see out of both eyes again...

Well, finally got round to giving the bike its post GM/Applecross wash yesterday. Tardy, even by my poor standards!

I've decided to wait and just give it a pre-GM wash this year.

Wise man, but do it a couple of weeks before - will give you time to blow-dry the internals!

I had been feeling slightly guilty that I'd given it little more than a cursory wash. My guilt has now gone. Thanks chaps!
