Big thankyou to Tony and everyone involved in organising yesterday. Really enjoyed myself. Food was really good and it was nice to be able to get some work done, errr sorry, I mean play pool and watch TV to pass the time until the planes were kind enough to get off our runway Thanks Mark, Paul and anyone else for taking the photos. Next year here I come |

Re: RAF Northolt Airfield Riding Day.
Cheers to Tony for the being the host with the most and to Mark and Demonz for the pictures, and the rest of you friendly folk too.
I had a great day; surface and width of the track made things interesting, curry was great and stopping for the planes had a surreal element to it. Liked that it was more relaxed than a regular track day, no noise tests, people out there in textiles, just a few cones to show us where to go. And I didn't bin it. Mark, your photos of my two tone SV have convinced me to leave it like that, so what if the lowers are the wrong colour, looks ok! PS: On the evidence Pointys appear to be quicker than Curvys. Oh but then again we weren't supposed to be racing......
