dont you always go for a PB?
it will only be my 2nd half, im hoping to do it quicker than the last one, as its flater, but the fancy dress might slow me down a bit |

Been running up and down the hills around Kineton for the last couple of weeks, these hill sessions best pay off during the half. Knees are starting to play up, so going to take the next couple of days off.
