LAsagne, curry, casserole etc all make excellent cheap lunches if there's a microwave. People often poke their head into the kitchen to see what I've made as the smell is making them hungry.

Bike decided I needed a little exercise tonight and konked out 2 miles away from the petrol station. Been doing the 3 day fill up for a year now and always made it. Still my smile was that two separate fellow riders turned around and came back to see that I was OK. Nice one gents.
