LAsagne, curry, casserole etc all make excellent cheap lunches if there's a microwave. People often poke their head into the kitchen to see what I've made as the smell is making them hungry.

It was home made chicken tikka massala on Friday.

It's beginning to look like I'm making my own takeaway! I bought One Pound Meals last week and working my way through the book.

Bike decided I needed a little exercise tonight and konked out 2 miles away from the petrol station. Been doing the 3 day fill up for a year now and always made it. Still my smile was that two separate fellow riders turned around and came back to see that I was OK. Nice one gents.
