Re: Gripe of the day - What is yours?
Brilliant. Walk from bedroom to kitchen, make coffee, walk to home office, switch on PC, start work at 8am. At 5.30pm switch off computer, drive to supermarket 2 minutes away, buy wine and pizza and relax!
Most productive day I've had in ages.

Standard practice ive found, Morrison's do the same. I've got one of those trolley tokens on my key ring.

PR 4 trails having there tread the wrong way.It looks so wrong.
Surface redressing. Why leave the chippings laying around for over a week?

You made the leap to roadies (sort of) then, I'm liking the dual sport tyres right now but I bet the bike would handle ten times better with some PR4's on...

Re: Gripe of the day - What is yours?
Well I thought summer showers and slippery roads.
I still have the scorpions (repaird the sticky string with a proper repair). It's not like I'm going trail ridding so it makes sense. Stopped the following the ruts in the road, plusher ride. Level of dry grip pretty mute as my pegs are so low and the bikes pretty wallowey. It's no Street triple. But it's comfy

Just had to shell out to have the osf abs wheel speed sensor replaced. Good job I have a vehicle fund for stuff like this!

Next thing is getting the Skidmarx Hugger and front fender extender fitted and playing with the rear shock a little to try and stop the high speed wobble with gear on the back in wind...my current annoyance Only other gripe right now is I'm missing the Ktm v-twin torque for climbing up the revs quick....just a case of finding the sweet spot now I'm past the main run-in...

Re: Gripe of the day - What is yours?
People who over fill their diesel tanks so that it spills out on the road.
It means that when I swerve around someone moving out from the queue on my left the bike loses all grip and I end up in the gutter. |
