WhiteWater Rafting Trip

Been home just over an hour. Did our normal nice wiggly route back. Thanks to scooby for his company part of the way.

Huge thank you to Mike for his hospitality and to Claire for keeping the brews coming, and to Lowrie for being our guide and giving her Dad a good soaking

I want to go rafting again..................I ferkin loved it. Still buzzing and not the slightest bit tired

Has been a nice day today, apart from the bit inbetween the ride to Bala and arriving at the white water rafting centre. I ran out of fuel ... but wasn't the only one.

Thanks Mike and Speedyclaire for your hospitallity and a massive thanks for Dave "The Saviuor" for riding around 2 miles up a twisty road with a jerry can of fuel for me.

Got home about 8ish, absolutely knackered, but having had a great day. The ride over was eventful, what with Matt & Pat (sounds like an 80's pop duo) both running out of fuel within a mile of each other. Riding back up the B4391 with a jerry can full of unleaded balanced on the tank was interesting

Glad we arrived late and missed Borat's entrance, but glad we made it to see the raftees last run Looked like fun.

Thanks Mike and Clare for the hospitality and a great BBQ, those views from your house are amazing Mike Good to see all you peeps, roll on the next outing.

Pat - that pic of the bloke on the Kwak looking at you bike is well funny God knows what he must have been thinking. Must admit, I got back to your bike and thought where the f*%k where you, before noticing you halfway up a cliff face

Evening all! Just a quick message to thank Mike (BBQ) and Claire (who did the in house cooking) for the food/drink and everyone else for a great day. Had a great time watching the rafting and a top ride out to boot. Mike/Claire, a drink or two will be winging their way too you next time there's a meet up

Also thanks to you Dave for leading us out of Ruthin. We opted to stay on the A525 with Scooby who kindly us to the Whitchurch road. Also nice to see Wing Co Jamessunhill who turned his V*lv* into a storage room for us.
