Re: Bibio's Sunday Bimbles
yes well i'm sick of 'taking the wrong roads' i just want to go places and not have to worry about 'is this the turn' its causing me stress that i could do without. i can't be arzed having to think of routes in my head any more i just want to enjoy myself so a spaznav fits the bill. another reason for a spaznav is that you have a list of petrol stations etc.etc at hand when needed. besides i can always turn it off if i want.

Re: Bibio's Sunday Bimbles
If I'm not there don't wait for me. I had a run through to Cupar today to get some mirrors and thought I smelt melting silicone when I was sitting at the lights. Got to Cupar and the front and back parts of the lights were loose.
That's the only place I used silicone. Everywhere else I used that UniBond Extreme power glue. I used the silicone in case I ever needed to separate the two pieces to get in to the reflector or wiring. But it looks like silicone isn't up to the job. So I've just taken it all apart, cleaned it up and sealed it again with the unibond stuff. Hopefully it will be set by tomorrow morning and I can join you guys |
