Looking at the prices of them on autotrader its at a sensible price too.

ebay's a crap place to sell bikes.......those 9 watchers won't bid, they're us lots waiting to see how it goes.

Sprinkle the whole area with something absorbant...sawdust etc that'll draw the moisture. Kitchen towel might work. Are you sure your DPC has not been breached, looks like that could be rising damp. Are those pipes coming in from an external wall, you may have external moisture tracking in along the pipes. Both pipes look damp at the wall end.
