I got locked in a carpark today. Took the kids to the park after work. It's a few miles away so drove there. Wasn't until we returned back to the car that I noticed the sign that said it would be locked up at 6pm. Doh!
Luckily for me, just as I was about to set off with the kids and walk back home, a chap walking his dog let me know that if I knocked the door of the house 'just over there', the bloke would come out and unlock the barrier. Thankfully he was right.  I don't think the kids would have been very happy with Dad had we needed to walk home.
